News.com.au reports the Australian Taxation Office is offering teens across the country the chance to get a “foot in the door” while earning a salary more than double that of the average Australian teen.

The 12-month program, which combines work experience and formal training, including a certificate course, will provide a youngster with a permanent, full-time job and a starting salary of almost $51,000, plus super.

Roles in administration, client engagement, data and analytics, and information technology are all on offer.
